Services and pricing

Memberships, assessments, availability and fees shown here are subject to a written proposal and service agreement. The agreement will define property access, visit frequency, approvals, charges and responsibilities.

Scope of visits

Property visits involve visual observations of accessible areas. They are not technical home inspections, continuous monitoring, emergency response or a guarantee that every defect will be discovered. Regulated trade work is referred to qualified providers.
